Through our involvement with the welsh culinary Olympic team, the triple A awards and the sector skills council we ensure that our passion is not just words- but actions.

Hospitality is a very diverse industry and we work with a wide range of businesses from prestigious hotels

to school canteen services. Qualifications we offer include:- professional cookery, house keeping, food and drink service, Drink service and hospitality supervision. We understand that the industry is not 9 to 5 and therefore offer flexibility in all our learning delivery.

Wales produces some of the finest quality food in the World, with welsh lamb and beef to be proud of. Cambrian Training supports the food and drink manufacturing industry through our centre of excellence based in Welshpool.

We deliver training in butchery skills, food and drink manufacturing and production control. Our skilled trainers and assessors work with food business to raise skill levels and provide the link between the producer and consumers.

We work with the Royal Welsh Agricultural society at the summer show, small holders show and winter fair. Cambrian training arranges the Welsh young butcher of the year competition.

The effective management of business is key to survival and growth in todays economic climate. To support employers we offer a number of management courses ranging the full NVQ at levels 2, 3 and 4, and specific management learning which can be accredited or tailored to your needs.

shop. Courses include the full NVQ award at levels 2 & 3 and in addition we can offer bespoke training to
