Cambrian training is an approved centre with Edexcel to deliver qualifications in butchery and food and drink manufacturing. Our fully trained and experienced assessors will work with learners to develop a leaning plan to meet their specific needs.

Within this qualification there are three learning pathways:

• Butchery retail

• Production control

• Meat and poultry processing

Each of these awards can be delivered in the work place. Should the learner wish to undertake their learning as part of an apprenticeship, full details of the apprenticeship requirements can be found on the Improve web site.

Funding for the delivery of the Apprenticeship frame work is available from the Welsh assembly Government.

Cambrian training can also deliver both accredited and bespoke awards in food safety, food and drink manufacturing, health and safety and selling.

In addition we can also provide training in butchery skills, product manufacture and development, and marketing at our centre of excellence in Welshpool. These courses can be tailored to your individual requirements.
