• Drink service

• Hospitality supervision

All of these awards can be delivered within the workplace. Should the learner wish to undertake the NVQ as

part of apprenticeship programme, full details of the apprenticeship framework requirements can be found

on the People first website.

Funding for the delivery of the Apprenticeship frame work is available from the Welsh assembly Government.

In addition to the professional cookery route Cambrian Training Company can offer the Applied Ability Awards

for chefs - AAA awards.
