Arwyn has spent all of his working life in the service industry with a very strong focus on people development to maximise financial performance.
An active member of the Welsh Culinary Association representing Wales as the Junior Team coach. You could well see Arwyn demonstrating his Culinary Skills at Food Shows throughout the UK. Arwyn is the architect of the Welsh Butchery Centre of Excellence and has a passion for the use of local produce and the development of skills to use the produce including supply chain systems. Very much a team player, Arwyn leads up the company and has responsibility for taking the lead on new sustainable initiatives. Arwyn is a Regional Committee Member of the National Council ELWa, a director of the National Training Federation Wales and co-director of Irfon Valley Lamb. |
