Elen joined Cambrian Training Company in
November 1997 as an Administrative Assistant after changing her mind
not to undertake a full time BSc at University.
Since being employed within Cambrian Training Company she has completed a Modern Apprenticeship in both, Customer Service and Business Administration. Elen has a HND in Business Administration from studying part time at the University of Glamorgan and has recently completed a Modern Skills Diploma by achieving Management NVQ Level 4. She has been able to use all the qualifications and experience gained to work herself up within the organisation to become Finance Director. Elen is responsible for all the outgoing and incoming finances within the organisation and ensures that they all reconcile monthly. Elen feels that she is an excellent example how work based learning can work. |
