John has over 15 years experience working in the training industry, with a strong emphasis on delivering quality and meeting the individual needs of learners and business.

He has been involved in major training initiatives within the tourism industry, developing a culture of exceeding customer expectations rather than simply meeting them.

Leading a team of 20, John currently directs the delivery of ELWa and Lec contracts in Wales and Scotland. Dealing with a broad spectrum of businesses ranging from large multinationals to owner/operators.

In addition to his role as operations director John oversees health and safety for the company. He also co ordinates the "Investors in people" process within the organisation.

Whilst other directors are dedicated to preparing and cooking high quality dishes, John produces some of the raw ingredients. Meat from traditional breeds of lamb and pork is produced on the family farm in mid Wales.
