Exciting opportunity to train in the hospitality industry. Enthusiasm to make a career in the trade, will be trained in all aspects of managing a pub, including dealing with suppliers, stock management, cellar maintenance, managing staff, business administration. An outgoing, friendly person who will enjoy face to face with customers and can work well with colleagues, may include event organisation. Includes pub maintenance and day to day organisation.

Training provided

Full on the job training will be provided by the company, leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate.

Desirable personal qualities

Reliable and conscientious, prepared to work unsociable hours every other weekend on a flexible rota. Trustworthy and outgoing. Serving alcohol, Over 18 years is an advantage and driving or living locally would be advantageous.
