Administration, Business and Office Work
An apprentice is needed to support the team of financial advisors. Candidates should be competent in the use of Word and Excel and be well organised with the confidence to handle customer queries on the telephone. Day to day duties include:
Answering inbound telephone calls, transferring calls and distributing messages.
General administrative duties, filing, scanning, data entry.
Handling incoming and outgoing post and emails.
Meeting and greeting visitors.
