Customer Services Assistant
Working on a Post Office local counter, using the horizon computer system to serve customers, dealing with mail and parcels, customer queries, benefit payments, car tax, licences, bill payments, cash withdrawals/deposits etc.
Working also as part of a busy convenience store, and dealing with all aspect of shop work, serving customers, cleaning, stocking shelves, stock rotation etc.
The ability to speak welsh is desirable as some customers would prefer to be dealt with in welsh.
The successful candidate will probably be required to work evenings and weekends.
Full on the job training will be provided by the company, leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate.

The applicant to be honest, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and hardworking with good communication and the ability to deliver good customer service.
