Vacancy Description

Occupation:
Electrical / Electronic Technician
Sector:
Engineering
The trainee will receive training and assist the
Structured Cabling Team in the following areas:
Assist with installation of Access Points.
Assist with installation and termination of all types of
copper cables.
Assist with the installation and termination of Single
Mode and Multi-Mode Fibre.
Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of
telephony cabling.
Assist with the installation of containment solutions.
Assist with the setting up, use and interpretation of
the results from a Fluke tester.
Assist with the setting up, use and interpretation of
the results from a Lantec Certifier.
The ability to demonstrate good trouble shooting
skills.
Able to work as either part of a team or
independently.

Training provided

Full on the job training will be provided by the company, leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate.
