Pastry Chef Apprenticeship with Patisserie Verte Unit 3, Martin Rd, Tremorfa Industrial Estate, Cardiff CF24 5SD Daily duties:
  • Complete opening and closing checks
  • Maintain workplace food safety standards in operations
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble elements of patisseries
  • Clean down as well as cleaning stations during the day
  • Complete food safety paperwork with precision
  • Pack orders for dispatch
Desirable personal qualities: 
Physically fit and able to lift 25kg.  We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, who has a desire to learn and challenge themselves.  Attendance and punctuality is highly prized and the will to improve and curiosity will be sought and cultivated.  Ideally, candidates would be intrinsically motivated by the company’s vision and purpose and will be eager to become part of the brand and the company’s future.
