Vacancy:
Apprentice Artisan Baker
Daily duties:
– assist bakery team in duties including preparation of all products
– assist in day to day running of the bakery, including cleaning
– learn to produce baked products including pastries, breads and cakes
– accurately weigh up products
Desirable personal qualities:
– able to get up early (start time between 1am & 5am)
– able to stand for long periods of time
– physically fit (be able to lift 25kg sacks of flour)
– a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
– able to apply themselves to completion of apprenticeship
– have a passion for baking
– be punctual

The private secure compound has its own free parking.
Upon completion of probation (6 months) they will enter our bonus pay scheme and get personal health insurance.
Qualifications required:
None, just a passion for the baking industry
Apprenticeship course:
Level 2 or 3 in Baking Industry Skills
Pay:
£6 per hour
Hours per week:
Approx. 20 hours per week
