Apprentice baker and Apprentice cake decorator
Fang’s Oriental Bakery LTD, 114 Woodville road, Cathays, Cardiff, CF24 4EE
Daily Duties:
- Assist bakery team in duties including preparation of all products.
- Assist in day to day running of the bakery ..
- Learn to produce baked products including pastries, breads, and cakes etc
- Accurately weigh up products
- Packaging.
- Cleaning
Desirable Personal Qualities:
- Able to get up early
- Stand for long periods of time
- Physically fit (25kg sacks of flour)
- Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to apply themselves to completion of apprenticeship
- Have a passion for baking
- Attach importance to Hygiene
- Mandarin speakers Welcome
Qualifications Required:
No previous qualifications required, but desirable are food safety.
