Vacancy:
Apprentice Business Administrator
Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park, Coast Road, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 3UU

Duties:
• You will be required to act as the first point of contact within the company, dealing with customer requests within the agreed timescale
• Upload and process customer enquiries accurately
• Maintaining a high level of record keeping and ensuring clear audit trails for all correspondences
• Frequently communicate with customers, providing updates on the status of their enquiry
• Support the Senior team in improving the focus towards a centre of excellence for all customers
• Support the operations team with the day to day running of the business process
• Complete other duties as required

Desirable Personal Qualities:
• An interest a business administration in a holiday park setting essential
• Experience of dealing with inbound enquiries
• Good working knowledge of Excel and other Software
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints is essential
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to professionally respond to customers
• Ambitious individual with the desire to progress within the company

Qualification(s) Required:
GCSE – English Language & mathematics

Welsh Language Requirements:
Welsh Spoken Skills: No.
Welsh Written Skills: No.

Pay:
£6,500 – £10,500

Hours:
16-30 hours per week
