Apprentice Chef
Bird in Hand, Pontarddulais, Swansea

Daily Duties:
• To prepare and cook simple pub food
• Make sure the kitchen is fully stocked
• Maintain a very high level of cleanliness
• Be able to prepare and cook certain dishes from fresh ingredients
• To maintain and keep up to date the kitchen paperwork
• Prepare what is needed for the daily service

Qualification(s) Required:
Must be able to and work towards completing a food hygiene level 2 and allergen training provided by in house training.

Desirable Personal Qualities:
Must be able to work well on their own or part of a team
Must be able to take direction in a fast paced environment.
Have a keenness to learn new skills and be able to put them into practice

Welsh Language Requirements:
Welsh Spoken Skills: No
Welsh Written Skills: No

National Minimum Wage

31-40 hours per week
