Apprentice Chef
The Horseshoe Inn, Arddleen

You will be taught relevant skills of food and kitchen management which will enable you to establish a solid foundation for you to progress in a career as a chef.

Daily Duties:

  • Learning all aspects of homemade restaurant food
  • Hygiene Law
  • Preparation of sauces, vegetables, meat, fish, starters & desserts
  • Basics of kitchen
  • Learn relevant food skills

Qualification(s) Required:
5 GCSE Grades A-C

Welsh Written Skills: No

National Minimum Wage

16-30 hours per week
