Apprentice Commis Chef

Daily Duties:
- Setting up the kitchen ready for the day
- Food preparation ready for service
- General cleanliness & adhering to EHO
- Assisting other sections to set up
- Helping to support chefs and a section in service
Desirable Personal Qualities:
The apprentice will be interested in all aspects of cooking and food preparation
The candidate will be punctual, organised and well presented on shift, they will take pride in themselves as much as the food that they will be presenting
Being a team player is a must.
Experience isn’t what is important, ambition and drive are.
Working with seasonal ingredients and vegetables from the kitchen garden is a challenge that we will want the candidate to relish
Qualification(s) Required:
We will help with all arrangements to enhance your training via the apprenticeship scheme.

Pay:
Hourly pay to begin of £9.50 per hour
Hours:
31-40 hours per week
