We established a company that could meet the growing demands of the food industry and reflect the ever evolving trends of fish restaurants. Main Duties and Responsibilities
This is fantastic opportunity to achieve a Foundation Apprenticeship in Seafood Industry Skills while earning a salary. The successful candidate will be mentored by our experienced team who will support you to become fully skilled and qualified in this industry. This will include areas such as processing fish/shellfish for retail sale, contributing to the environmental safety in food manufacture, wrapping and packaging, retail operations and maintaining quality. The course should take around 18 months to complete and will be fully funded.

Desirable Personal Qualities:
We are looking for someone who has the drive to learn and want to become part of the team.
Qualifications Required:
You will need to be 16 or over and will ideally hold 3 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English but don’t worry if you don’t as attitude and willingness to learn is the most important aspect.
