Apprentice Optical Advisor and Customer Service Assistant
Daily duties:
- Customer service
- Optical pre-testing
- Advising
- Booking appointments
- Spectacle fitting and adjusting
Desirable personal qualities:
- Friendly, approachable, professional, good time keeping, passion for learning.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with the team.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications required:
Knowledge of office applications such as Outlook and Word, a driving licence, and the ability to speak Welsh, are desirable but not essential.

Apprenticeship wage
Hours:
38.5 hours per week
