Vacancy:
Apprentice Optical Advisor and Customer Service Assistant

Daily duties:

  • Customer service
  • Optical pre-testing
  • Advising
  • Booking appointments
  • Spectacle fitting and adjusting

Desirable personal qualities:

  • Friendly, approachable, professional, good time keeping, passion for learning.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with the team.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications required:
Knowledge of office applications such as Outlook and Word, a driving licence, and the ability to speak Welsh, are desirable but not essential.

None

Apprenticeship course:
Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service

Pay:
Apprenticeship wage

Hours:
38.5 hours per week
