Glenside Commercials Ltd are looking for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join their team in Caerphilly. As a main dealer for both Iveco and Fiat Professional, Glenside Commercials Ltd has a large commercial client base with a busy Parts department. The Parts Advisor is an essential role in a vehicle dealership, the main responsibility is to provide timely and efficient support for our client base, including the on-site workshop, whilst meeting and exceeding sales targets. As an apprentice you’ll receive on the job training whilst working towards a level 2 national qualification in Customer Service. Daily duties:
- Handling, storing & receiving stock
- Identifying, sourcing & ordering parts
- Dealing with customer queries on the phone and in person
- Maintain good housekeeping with general cleaning & tidying
- Assisting with deliveries
Desirable personal qualities:
- Proactive, helpful and willing to assist in any situation
- Good problem-solving skills
- Organised whilst being able to think logically
- Understanding of good customer service and ability to build rapport and positive relationships with customers
- Close attention to detail and good with numbers
- IT proficient
Qualifications required:
GCSEs in Maths & English desirable but not essential
Driving licence desirable but not essential

None
Apprenticeship course:
Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service
Pay:
Apprenticeship rates, £5.28 per hour for first year, rising to National Living Wages in second year
Hours:
Monday – Friday
08:00am to 16:30pm
With 30 minutes unpaid lunch break
Interview arrangements:
Interviews to be held on site in Caerphilly, arranged as applications are received.
