Apprentice Restaurant Supervisor
The Bird in Hand, Fforest, Pontarddulais

Daily Duties:
• Handling cash/ using tills
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness
• Stock control
• Encouraging upselling
• Quality control from kitchen service

Qualification(s) Required:
None required

Desirable Personal Qualities:
Must be able to work well on their own or part of a team.
Must be able to take direction in a fast paced environment.
Have a keenness to learn new skills and be able to put them into practice.
