Assistant Manager

Daily duties:

  • Office Administration and filling in membership forms and office forms.
  • Social Media Marketing and promotion of the business.
  • Organising and planning private events.
  • Sales of golf bookings, shop products and bar products.
  • Customer Service and Telephone enquire handling.
  • The running and daily tasks of the clubhouse and office.

Desirable personal qualities:
The willingness to adapt to a small business and work well independently as well as within a small team. The enthusiasm to learn and grow within the job role and turn a hand to variety of roles.
Effective communication skills using emails and Microsoft office. Attention to detail and someone who has a sense of pride in their work. An applicant has some background experience in customer service.

Additional information:
The ability to communicate well with our clients whether they be golfing or function booking enquiries. The applicant will have to be adaptable to be able to deal with all aspects of running the company which may be include administration, promotional marketing and hosting events.

Qualifications required:
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree but not essential.
Minimum of 3 A Levels at grade C or above.
GCSE Maths and English at C or above.

Apprenticeship course:
Level 2 Business Administration
