Vacancy:
Assistant Support Technician
Welsh Computers, Llanidloes

We are looking for an individual aged between 16-24 to join our expanding team in our computer retail repair store in Welshpool.
Applicants will be expected to work 25 hours per week with the potential for more.
No prior experience is needed but ideally we’re looking for someone who has some knowledge and/or interest in the field of IT. Providing IT support across Apple and Microsoft products, software and hardware, we’re looking for an Assistant IT Support Technician to help us maintain the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our high street business.
You’ll get a unique experience working with a variety of technology in a relaxed environment.
Training and guidance will be given to this individual, with opportunities to progress and learn.
Preferably to hold a driving licence but this is not essential. Must be comfortable working within a team, be able to support customers face to face and remotely. Starting at minimum wage but dependable upon experience.

Training provided:
Full on the job training will be provided by the company, leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate

Desirable personal qualities:
You will need to be hard working and most importantly, friendly!
