Daily Duties:
- Patisserie
- Dough production & handling
- Shaping
- Proving
- Baking/Finishing Products
Desirable Personal Qualities:
Are you ready to learn from the best, hard working & passionate about the baking industry as a career? You must be flexible & able to work with early starts e.g. 3am, however most likely 6am-on with some weekend work. Positive approach to instruction & feedback, ready to learn & implement learning on the job. You will learn all aspects of professional baking in a family run local Bakery.
This opportunity is working directly with Micheal Coggan winner of “Bake Off the Professionals 2021” amongst many other accolades. Mikey leads our inhouse team in the production of all Patisserie products and is a passionate trainer. This is an unrivalled opportunity in the South of Wales to learn from the best in a nurturing environment.
