- Responding to Customer phone calls and emails
- Operating Live Chat Customer service platform
- Creating customer telephone orders on our system
- Responding and resolving to customer queries / issues
- Manage customer returns – overseeing the returns process
- Producing reports for return analysis and feedback
Desirable Personal Qualities:
A person who has good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work to a high standard and delivery a high level of service that WatchObsession is renowned for and become a valuable member of our growing team.
Basic Computer Skills preferred.
Welsh Language Requirements:
Level 2 Customer Service
31-40 hours per week
