Customer Service Apprentice

23-25 Pier Street, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, SY23 2LN

Daily Duties:

  • Responding to Customer phone calls and emails
  • Operating Live Chat Customer service platform
  • Creating customer telephone orders on our system
  • Responding and resolving to customer queries / issues
  • Manage customer returns – overseeing the returns process
  • Producing reports for return analysis and feedback

Desirable Personal Qualities:

A person who has good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work to a high standard and delivery a high level of service that WatchObsession is renowned for and become a valuable member of our growing team.

Qualifications Required:

Basic Computer Skills preferred.

31-40 hours per week
