Pastry Chef Apprenticeship

Daily duties:

  • Complete opening and closing checks
  • Maintain workplace food safety standards in operations
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble elements of patisseries
  • Clean down as well as cleaning stations during the day
  • Complete food safety paperwork with precision
  • Pack orders for dispatch

Desirable personal qualities:

We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, who has a desire to learn and challenge themselves.  Attendance and punctuality is highly prized and the will to improve and curiosity will be sought and cultivated.  Ideally, candidates would be intrinsically motivated by the company’s vision and purpose and will be eager to become part of the brand and the company’s future.

£10,982.40 per annum

31-40 hours per week

Interview arrangements:
Interview over the phone, followed by an interview face to face and a trial shift of half a day
