Pastry Chef Apprenticeship
Thiabault Courtoisier, Tremorfa Industrial Estate, Unit 3 Martin Rd, Cardiff, CF24 5SD
Daily Duties:
- Complete opening and closing checks
- Maintain workplace food safety standards in operations
- Prepare ingredients and elements of patisseries
- Clean down as well as cleaning stations during the day
- Assembling elements of patisseries
- Pack orders for dispatch
