Vacancy:
Production Operative (Market Research)
Delineate Strategy Ltd, Newcastle Emlyn

We are looking to recruit new stars here in West Wales (Newcastle Emlyn) which is our production and operational hub. Reporting into the Production Manager, you will be an integral part of the market research survey fieldwork and data processing team.

We are looking for shift workers, including evenings and weekends to enable us to fulfil our obligations throughout the World.

Applicants will be comfortable working in a busy, vibrant environment and will be looking to develop their careers in line with delineate values.

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working within software applications who enjoy solving complex problems.

You will cover a mix of tasks for which we will give full training. In the role you will be scripting survey questionnaires in an online platform, monitoring the completion of the survey and analysing the resulting data.

Our surveys run 24/7 so the role initially is for evenings and weekends on a homeworking basis.

Ideally, we are looking for a recent graduate keen to begin their career in a positive manner. This is not essential though, and we will consider each applicant on merit.

Key responsibilities:

Initially:
Data Processing
Managing partners
Monitoring survey fieldwork

For the future:
Survey setup
Survey Scripting
Liaising closely with the internal Client Services team
Training provided:
Full on the job training will be provided by the company, leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate

Desirable personal qualities:
Desire to learn and be part of a Team whilst having the ability to be able to work independently.

Qualifications Required:
No Minimum Requirements

Welsh Language Requirements:
Welsh Spoken Skills: Desirable.
Welsh Written Skills: Desirable.

Pay:
TBC but above minimum wage

Hours:
38 hours per week
