Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Daily duties:

  • Property Viewings
  • Administration
  • Dealing with customers face to face.
  • Replying email enquiries
  • Answering phones calls

Desirable personal qualities:
We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude who is willing to learn. The environment is highly varied, from people facing to bookkeeping to property maintenance, no two days are the same.

Qualifications required:
Knowledge of office applications such as Outlook and Word, a driving licence, and the ability to speak Welsh, are desirable but not essential.

Apprenticeship course:
Applicants’ choice of Business Admin and Customer Service at Level 2

Apprenticeship rates

31-40 hours per week
