Food Preparation:\u00a0Washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting fruits, vegetables,
\nand other ingredients as directed by chefs.<\/p>\n
Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces,
\nequipment, dishes, and utensils, adhering to strict hygiene standards.<\/p>\n
Dishwashing: Washing, drying, and properly storing all kitchenware, pots,
\npans, and cooking utensils.<\/p>\n
Stock Management: Receiving, unpacking, and correctly storing food supplies
\nand other kitchen ingredients.\u00a0This includes checking sell-by dates, rotating
\nstock, and managing storerooms.<\/p>\n
Kitchen Operations: Keeping the kitchen environment clean, organised, and
\nsafe by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing
\nof waste.<\/p>\n
Chef Support: Assisting chefs and cooks with any other kitchen tasks as
\nneeded, including helping with basic meal preparation or taking instructions.<\/p>\n
