This year Cambrian Training have decided to support 2 charities – Marie Curie & Hospitality Action.
We have decided to create a recipe book, showcasing the businesses that we work with who hire & train apprentices within the Welsh food, drink & hospitality sectors.
In the book each business would have a double page spread – one page for a picture of the dish / drink / produce and the other for a brief description of the business and the recipe.
The books would be created and given to all the businesses involved to sell within their premises, the profits will be split between the 2 amazing charities.
