This category will showcase the dedication, commitment, hard work and passion of those training officers or essential skills Wales tutors working in Cambrian Training or one of its sub-contractors that have positively impacted on you as an employer or as a learner.
Entries should demonstrate one or more of the following:
- Exceptional support and guidance that positively impacts apprentices’ learning or business outcomes.
- Commitment to developing skills, confidence and career progression through mentoring and encouragement.
- Innovative approaches that enhance training, performance or engagement within the organisation.
- Acting as a role model and ambassador for high-quality apprenticeship delivery.
This award is by nomination only. Nominators must obtain the nominee’s consent prior to submitting the application.
All applications will require a minimum of three high-resolution photographs of the nominee in their place of work.
All Awards Finalists will be invited to a ceremony to celebrate the
Cambrian Training Apprenticeship, Employer and Skills Awards 2026
The Awards will be held at The Metropole Hotel & Spa, Llandrindod Wells on the evening of Tuesday, 2nd June 2026.
The closing date to enter the Awards is Monday, 6th April 2026.
Criteria to Enter:
Must be a training officer or essential skills Wales tutor with Cambrian Training or one of Cambrian Training’s sub-contractors.
