This category will showcase the dedication, commitment and high level of skills of those individual candidates who have chosen the apprenticeship route to enable them to further their career progression.

Entries should demonstrate one or more of the following:

• Proven commitment by an apprentice to continued personal development.
• An apprentice who has contributed significantly to the business and provided added
  value.
• An apprentice who has demonstrated a high level of skills and/or has contributed
  significantly to the sector within which they work.
• Clear evidence of growth, achievement and impact beyond expectations.

This award is by nomination only.  Nominators must obtain the nominee’s consent prior to submitting the application.

All applications will require a minimum of three high-resolution photographs of the nominee in their place of work.

All Awards finalists will be invited to a ceremony to celebrate the

Cambrian Training Apprenticeship, Employer and Skills Awards 2026

The Awards will be held at The Metropole Hotel & Spa, Llandrindod Wells on the evening of Tuesday, 2nd June 2026.

The closing date to enter the Awards is Monday, 6th April 2026.

Criteria to Enter:

To apply for this Award, the individual must have: Completed an Apprenticeship (level 3) framework by the 1st April 2026.

All applications require an Employer Endorsement.
