What is the Employability Skills Programme?
Employability skills is a programme for adults, which gives you the skills needed to get a job or progress to further learning at a higher level such as an apprenticeship or further education. The programme focuses on high quality placements and where applicable, upskilling in Essential Skills.
How long?
This is a part time programme (up to 16 hours per week) and lasts for 26 weeks in total.
Who can attend?
The programme is suitable for people over the age of 18, who are looking for work, job ready and who are receiving a benefit, including Job Seekers Allowance (JSA), Universal Credits or Employment & Support Allowance (ESA).
CTC Support
We have an experienced team of assessors and tutors who can help, advise and signpost you to qualifications, training, community projects, job search, personal development and work placements available across Wales.
