Purpose

Purpose
Provides oversight and assurance for Welsh provision, ensuring alignment with Welsh Government requirements and regional priorities.

- Monitor performance of all Welsh based programmes.
- Ensure compliance with Welsh funding rules and quality frameworks.
- Engage with Welsh employers, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Identify risks and improvement needs specific to Welsh delivery.

Purpose

4.4 Digital Working Group (new)

Cambrian Training maintains a proactive and structured approach to risk management to safeguard learners, staff, partners, and organisational sustainability. Risk management is embedded across all governance levels and forms a standing agenda item for the Operational Board.
