Duties

Working in the kitchen, being trained by the chef on how to cook meals and learn recipes. Allergen training and guidance. Food prep, cleaning, general running of the kitchen, pot wash area. Being able to open and close the kitchen.

About the apprenticeship

Duties

Operation of a busy kitchen in compliance with HACCP regulations. Maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene, ensuring a safe working environment for fellow staff and customers. Ability to multitask and work under a high-pressure environment during busy service times. Preparation, cooking and running a section of the kitchen.
Pay: £12-14
Hours of work: 16-30 hours per week

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene required as a minimum.
