Front of House Sales Apprentice

Daily duties:

  • Greeting and serving customer
  • Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new deliveries
  • Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves – jewellery displays.
  • Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for.
  • Addressing customer complaints and enquiries
  • Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
  • Cleaning and rearranging the store as required.
  • Window displays.
  • Keeping the sales floor area clean and always organised.

Training in all aspects on the business will be provided.

Desirable personal qualities:

Looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the team.  Honest reliable, good communication skills, good timekeeper, flexible, well-motivated, eager to learn, team player, confident and flexible.

Apprenticeship course:
Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service

National minimum wage

16 – 30 hours per week
