The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Apprentice. This role provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in office administration while working towards a recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Support with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation
- Help prepare reports and presentations as required
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts professionally
- Participate in training sessions and complete apprenticeship assignments
About You
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Advantageous (Not Essential):
- Basic IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous office experience or familiarity with administrative tasks

Qualifications required:
